On Tuesday 4 October the City of Sydney will be advertising an
Expression of Interest (EOI) calling for cultural and creative
enterprises to occupy properties on a short term basis in Oxford Street
as part of the revitalisation of the precinct.
The City will be keen to hear from artists, writers, creative
practitioners, collectives, artisans, craftspeople, start up creative
enterprises or cultural organisations with a great idea, project or
enterprise, who could otherwise not afford to locate in the inner city.
Properties include 2 retail shop fronts and 14 office suites.
A property inspection will be held on site on Saturday 15 October and an
information session held on Monday 24 October. Further details will be
available in the EOI advertisement and documentation when they are
released on Tuesday 4 October.
The advertisements for the EOI will appear in the Local Government
section of the Sydney Morning Herald and the Daily Telegraph and
artshub.com and will also be available to view a
http://www.cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au/Business/TendersEOIQuotes/CurrentListing.asp from Tuesday 4 October.
